Miami Dolphins head coach Cam Cameron addresses the New England media during his conference call on October 17, 2007. Q: 0-6 is a tough thing to go through, but do you see any light at the end of the tunnel? Are there any areas of the team that are improving to the point that there is some hope that the second half of the season will be a little bit better? CC: The most pleasing thing is just our approach. I think our guys and our preparation is still good. Our guys still believe we can improve, and our focus has been on improvement. I think you just continue to do that, and you continue to do that, and you get better. It's my job and it's our job as a staff to get the most out of this football team and that's what we're starting to do. Q: On an individual basis, Ronnie Brown is having one fine season-second in rushing and he's your top receiver. He's doing it all for you. CC: It's really been a collective effort offensively, even though we have a long, long way to go offensively. From this vantage point, it's always been a given that you have a very efficient defense, but things are difficult right now with points scored against you. What's gone wrong there? CC: I think it's a combination of things. For example, if you look at New England scoring a lot of points, it's a factor of the special teams doing their job, the defense doing their job, and it's all intertwined. We've got other issues. It's not just defensive issues here. Offensively we can get better. We haven't taken care of the football on offense and that doesn't help your defense. Our kicking game has got to continue to improve, which we have improved, but o...
