New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady addresses the media during his locker room interview at Gillette Stadium on October 24, 2007. Q: What do you know about Washington? TB: Well, we’ve been putting some work in and they’re an excellent defense so I think we’ve got our work cut out for us this week. It’s a very different scheme than we’ve played and they have some very talented players. They rush the passer and they’ve got a bunch of interceptions. I promise you that he’s not telling his team that. I’m sure. That sounds like something that Coach Belichick would say so he’s trying to butter us up. You know, it doesn’t work for us. We know what we’re getting ourselves into. We’re playing one of the best defenses in the league and they’ve been in every game this year. They’re 4-2, could easily be ...
