Play from 4:59[4:59] ..." from some depth where we've. Where we needed. Goes to talk about Eric Alexander a little bit another younger linebacker we sound in the AFC championship game not sphere. This -- progression from year to free."...

Play from 0:00[0:00]" If you've been here. He has always hard to say with the you know for guys -- better you know I think I think Mike's doing things we ask him I think playing well I think he's you know thing about Mike is he is a really smart football player maybe one of the most of the players and coaching a lot of them. And you -- just think he's playing well right now and I think. Being in the same spot the thing -- he's provided for us in the passes his versatility to move around which has helped us as a team. This year we haven't had a moving like that as much which I think has helped him as an individual but. You know life I think he's playing well Jose's play embarrassing play pretty good times and 24 of five so you know I think its final world right now. These linebackers in the there well as always assumed like everybody has to go through -- we've gone through in years past that you you know you've just got to deal with injuries and that you hoped somebody you know somebody else. Has a problem or his injured it provides an opportunity for somebody else so you hope that somebody else to step up. You know the thing it always happens and with every team and it's also with us as you're concerned about depth. You know whenever you lose somebody you're not always lose him as a good player like -- Rodney in the secondary or Seymour upfront you lose depth too so you just you know what somebody just got to pick up the slack -- we gotta keep going guys gotta fill our and we just you know the depth thing always concern to us. I have that. I think it was as it was importing prior even before. Roosevelt got -- is always good if you can of fraud especially in the front seven. Have a rotation to keep guys healthy as much as you can and to try to keep them fresh so it's even going to be more so. You know we got need to try to find some way that we can rotate in their mound -- that's always good for the front seven -- rotate guys that if you have you don't you don't you know you gotta play with a yet. At this point see. Ready yeah definitely not yet he's you know he's on his way back me going being here two days so. But you know it's always great to have an older veteran guy who has been in your system. He'd get an ordinary guy comes and has not been your system miles will be a rookie and sometimes it's worse. But in Chad's case is great to have a guy that was out there that was available to come in as short notice and no little bit of -- about our system. But you know to be fair to him to say after two days of practice you know boy he's rated just jump in there he's working hard at it -- you know -- happy that we haven't. It's going to -- that sabathia. Well we you know you know us we have the ability quake three form for three and 42 and two for whatever you want and you know that's always going to be a game to game thing you know it's it's. He can slide outside he can play inside you know we've had the ability with guys like that that's -- the versatility of those guys have. You know we -- you know you're always going to -- a -- probably defenses from -- we can -- Detracts accurate -- kept like doing. -- ideal for only once much Ian 'cause sometimes it was seems the feel there's a little difference but. You know why I -- what they -- give a lot of credit to eagles and the failure means you agree guarantee through a lot of passes. When it was under duress and -- hadn't put more on the money. At the same time we need to play him that you know we. The thing that got us a little bit of Alaska -- and we try to work on it this week as just fundamentally we got a little bit. Blacks at times and and let things happen that just shouldn't happen there's other plays they made me made a good throw it made a good catch. And that's football but there were other times that we got caught kind of watch in the rush to expect in the -- gets sacked and he didn't get sacked and and they who -- out."

Play from 3:58[3:58]" Delusional about. When things that some of the players mentioned was pretty -- communication was maybe a little bit off in that game against the eagles and maybe. The wasn't it between the front seven in the secondary is that. That did you."

Play from 4:11[4:11]" That at all there not particularly they -- you know they would be better ones that's gonna have because they're the ones out there that are doing the communicate and I can always hear from the silent official in the crowd's into it so you know I didn't see those big concern -- that would have been somewhat they would they would answer."

Play from 4:28[4:28]" About Pierre woods than a second year player who potentially could see more time -- Roosevelt corner of his talk about him a little bit and what he's showing you. Progression you when you."

Play from 4:38[4:38]" Well again he's he's a guy has been a legitimate back up and he's a guy that you know we've we are hoping that we can get in the Nixon and there's a great job on special teams for bread. You know he he would certainly. He's working hard and he's getting better all the time and I'm more hopeful that it just keeps progressing like that that he does then he's certainly going to give us a lot of help from some depth where we've. Where we needed. Goes to talk about Eric Alexander a little bit another younger linebacker we sound in the AFC championship game not sphere. This -- progression from year to free. It's kind of the same way of those things upset -- back of being hurt and be enough for 45 weeks and not been involved and so like this kind of same thing as Pierre we just. We came to him to keep progressing and better and so hopefully we can use him in the -- in some kind of rotation to help balance that out a little bit too. Again he's working all parties come off that injury and you know both those got to -- work -- hardest week. Try to get themselves in the next limiting where -- there on -- injured. You can. Well I'll always so concerned about all the players and is not only those two we got a few other as fact they're two that. That you know you're always trying to take reps often if you can what other things it would help us do that as we get off the field on third down. Which we were doing for the first you know on ten games we did really well and that helped limit the number of plays that we are in the game. Now we've played we've you know a lot of plays in the eagles game but we could've played a lot less if we looked a little better job on on third down so you know it's always a concern on on any any player that's that's been around for awhile so but hey we got to play with the guys we have and they know that -- they're you know they're rated here. Okay thanks desperate"
