[0:00]" I'll I'll I'll tell -- well. This is patriots playbook for man coverage and its on the right things -- the seventh round patriots playbook. Breaking down last Sunday's game yeah go ahead and handed it there because the fact going to pass over the top neck and -- want to go bought. Pie and hit it they've won fair and the rest of the 2000 love and NFL's season back -- they want. Beer cans some of the ones that do between even and even -- break payment on break right now."
[0:33]" And you know you're --"
[0:37]" She can -- let's go let's go."
[0:40]" Show killer and nice to know the we're appreciated here with the -- we will could be inside the playbook for. Super Bowl week won it up. Super Bowl week one next week will be Super Bowl week -- name -- John wrote yeah I do have a cold providing all the flu for the better part of last week. Hit me I guess. Probably last Thursday or Friday. Would you be happy to know a -- stick on Sunday came -- played it. Did whatever I could for the team."
[1:11]" The team get to a you know two good plot or they could compete where they can put their best four foot forward. And then of course after the game was over one home collapsed for the last 48 hours. From my butt in here -- to be with you here today -- the way it works glad they were no longer contagious although you'll you'll have to excuse me -- by Weezer writes Smith for call for some elected during the course the program at that time a year problem. There are of course. A million different things to talk about what you're going on to the superbowl and you are right on the precipice of doing something that no other team in National Football League history the 88 years of NFL history has ever done what patrons of course now. One game one win away from doing. Com you know I have to admit. As a patriots fan as a follower as someone who has covered this team for the better part of the last twenty years now. I never thought I would see this day and ever thought I would already -- right at them to what this day would beat. Because you know in this day and age of parity equality recap of free agents the everything's there. In the current atmosphere in which we exist now in professional sports not just the title but in pro sports overall I don't know that. The term undefeated ever came in in my mind and what you cover professional sport. For a long. As I have. And that includes the collegiate sports as well because -- quite a bit of the work in the college ranks as well. You know I just don't know that those terms ever come to fruition because it's just it's ludicrous. Nobody goes in. Nobody goes undefeated college football teams play what twelve game regular seasons and go undefeated anymore. They don't. This year we have for the first time ever. In -- BCS championship game two with two losses and LSU and a win the dog thing so undefeated. What the patriots are doing now and what they could do. In what we could you know all the talking about two weeks from you know yesterday and today. Is something that we all all of -- no matter how many of you were listening right now. No matter how many of you will be listening to this program at some point time -- you downloadable podcast. Or or or -- you click on the website of by the way I don't know if you do this knob over two million. Hit in the last month the patriots dot com -- extraordinary. Extraordinary and were happy to have. Do we think that if you do it I think you're off your rocker for thinking about that. That's extraordinary with the patriots are getting rated and do it is mind boggling in the more it would have talked about. The word undefeated often on. Pretty much I guess it's what weeks three maybe. While I was the first on this morning actually brought it up in the POW guys broader open and a and we had a what should be mailers and a lot of you who are our longtime listeners and followers. You know of our programming -- patriots dot com radio in of this particular program as well the playbook. It's it's come open conversation is Kumble put all of your email and -- back and since early to mid September. It was like you know he's -- and we talk about things like this because we pay him the guys that hole in the locker they don't they never do we talked about that as well. Even though they're undoubtedly talking about it now because winning in the who ruled the undefeated thing will be a by product of that. But we can talk about a because that's what we do that's how we generate interest. And the fact that now you're really here. And you really have a chance to this hill just is just is mind boggling. Hi I'm old enough three hole. What happened back in 72 when the dolphins went through this and I was just teenager at -- time. Boy I do remember watching them -- I do remember thinking because I was big Dallas Cowboys fan growing up. I remember thinking that. Well there's a part of me that would love the dolphins do this because. You know I was in the dynasties I was into teams that you know won a lot and it because they were getting ready to do something in the with a team and ever -- before that of course the part of it is. I don't want to win what do you talk about a -- if you nuts and loops. Sosa and the cowboys that won the previous Super Bowl and beat the dolphins the dolphins' turn around and use that loss to fire them to a to an undefeated season. I was kind of 5050 on the but I'd I know one thing I watched. I watched. And I know that there will be many pro football fans would you love. 48 or you don't care. One or the other about the patriots you'll watch. And the reason that you will watch what do you root for or against the patriots you'll watch because you want to remember you Shaw. History being made that simple. And I -- I don't think I'm really stretching it geared to say that you know. I'm -- either I mean I guess we could it can I guess it's conceivable because it's inconceivable that -- is where we are right now. That's inconceivable but we are. Who could have it again yeah sure I guess it could Willits don't know. Fact that we're here is is totally just -- I I I said here I try to -- within over the last couple of days."
[7:01]" Knowing that we have this program to do today it is by the way will be our our final week of of the playbook this week because traditionally those of -- problem. In patriot followers and patriots dot com radio listeners of the last few years nobody in the previous appearances in the Super Bowl in this decade and we started this program for you here on the website VFW guys all jet out to wherever the suitable site is in the can take over all the programming from there because I'm just. I'm appeal on -- speaker with -- the contract employee that is I'll ever a bunch of book. College basketball duties that pretty much as I'm sure you'd undoubtedly many of you are aware take a lot of my time at this time of year that's why the show time -- motel room. Because travelling that -- and plus the fact is nobody's ever invited so you know without it and analyze -- easy would be ago. You know what works wink wink but anyway those guys will and everybody will will carry on from here on out my choice second -- the program today both Brian Lowe Kristina Akra from patriots today. Who will all be producing patriots now programming that you will be able to download starting next week from Glendale, Arizona they're going to be joining us your program and our number two. So -- Yeah he -- institute for the Christine has been guest on this program before and she obviously as a on every bit as good to listen to lose to me as far as I'm concerned this year -- to watch. Compatriot that today programming and below will be with a eat normally joins us as well on most Tuesdays during the course -- break down the last game looking at an excellent. Will will take care of that with him that's coming up the second our program today. Arm the other thing I want from you is you know -- a good topic to for us to go back and forth on today via email and hi -- just not sure I mean how much real -- and Owen breakdown of the game that we have to do. Any and all. I mean if your giants -- Or if you are a a fan of another team and you've stumbled -- programming here for the first time you're listening to us. For the first time we do do quite a bit of that as you might imagine. More so than your normal run of the mill I think sports talk radio affiliate in your neck of the woods we do them because the people here are generally speaking hardcore football fans. Patriots fans in particular but hardcore football leagues was spent a lot of time. Look at Xs and those would look at trends a look at tendencies we talk that we talk numbers and -- matchups. All that kind of stuff -- we do as the show opens suggested a lot of fun stuff in between. Like you might be here and obviously you know the POW guys do is well they do as good a job that is probably anybody but. In terms of breaking down -- and comparison comparing and contrasting the patriots personnel and the giants personnel I mean do we really have to do -- First of all these teams played each other just few weeks ago right to do 34 weeks ago. I I you know patriots won the game 3835 as I mentioned with the the guys a little bit ago com. It was a ten point lead until late in the game Trent scored late got a two point where they could you know try an on side kick paid pitcher patriots covered game was over. They had a double digit lead. That they couldn't hold -- at home analysts. So you know I guess there's and several different thought that can be the can be rejected here. On there is of course an X factor in -- foot. Now if you. In the pictures online of he has a foot in the booed his right foot and in a protective boot as he was getting -- visit his girlfriend Gisele in New York yesterday that's part. Whatever I am sure it's just precautionary thing it really did not alarming at all I mean the fact is that if you get a shot of Tom Brady with a boot on his foot. Yeah -- that in itself is probably someone alarming because you just don't see that stuff of course patriots what is going to have closed the best but I -- would be alarmed now. Now if he was really hurt after he heard he would have ever gone back in the game. You know for those. -- final few staff especially if the game was clinched -- the patriots were chewed up the last nine minutes of the clock on Sunday. He was really hurt not using castle there. So -- I do I expect him to be healthy I think muster expects -- to help the I don't think you when the patriot returned to practice this week which will be Thursday heavily used when -- start. Workouts for the game itself -- be surprised if you see you know -- work out."
[11:47]" I don't think you work out here I think you'll continued treatment and you'll. Into the film study the requisite film study all -- but you know these guys and still have I think the giants fairly fresh in their memory. We're talking about it'll only a month going by between games between these two sides that you look at this almost as a as a divisional opponent. Rematch and even so I really don't think you get divisional re matches as soon as the month apart in the regular season did you not usually you don't. But I think this is going to be very much like you would game plan for -- a rematch with the dolphins the jets of the bills. And I don't mean to under score under sell the Super Bowl it is still the game it is of the most watched individual athletic events in the calendar year. On the globe on this planet. More people will watch this game than any other single game. In this calendar year there's no doubt about it that what the Super Bowl is. But the patriots will approach this like like I said they will approach this. Like the divisional rematch they just played one. It'll still be room and in the giants personnel and the matchup to be rolled over afresh -- keep in mind now -- split everybody in the game they didn't do the what thing like Tampa did and like Dallas did. It like some people suggested they do they wanted to play and I gave the giants had tremendous amount of credit after the game and I am still given -- They wanted to play that game to win and they darn near did it."
[13:23]" So that's that's. In NFL -- think this game will be closer than the court -- point spread by the way. The line opened -- fourteen right Vegas line open but fourteen for the game it's already downed at twelve what does that tell you. Tells me that there's a tremendous amount of money obviously already moving on the giants. That patriots have not over the last two months of the season they have not been a good scheme against the number. Far from. Patriots have been horrible team a -- a mediocre team. Horrible mediocre team overall against the point spread that your because of the double digit point spreads that they've been favored bought and late in the season they've had a hard time covering that. Because teams have geared up for this -- Taken out batter or whatever they've done a match up an excuse me but. Fact is that you know that the number continues to shrink. I think he'll probably continue to a that you probably continue to see -- money coming on the giants if you were so inclined. I'll venture a guess here. And I -- that I think that the number could probably get down to about ten. Nine and a half for -- Mike kickoff I think that's possible. When you consider the patriots had a ten point lead at New York did not really play their best game defensively. Allowed New York scored late as well giants dating back to -- December. In the win the game by three. I could with a number shrink to you know right at denied -- inquiries I could see that. And I think there will be some people that will probably portal extra cash from the patriot it would because and they want to winning ticket for team that -- ninety you know. Who would do the greater need to go a lot better all the pats well I'm sure they'll be some penalty shot that. You know just for posterity posterior so I guess there -- several of always look at. But the fact is that I expect the giants would probably like the two playoff games of the patriots have played before them I expect that the giants will keep this game close and keep it within shouting distance into the third maybe even in the fourth quarter again much like it wasn't New York. I don't know the patriots will give up a double digit lead. Or let me put this way I don't know that the patriots will be find themselves and double -- hole going into the fourth quarter elected -- New York but -- of the Johnson -- to give open double digit lead as well I think of anything is more likely happen that the patriots. Knowing that they can come back from a big deficit are probably less likely to fit in that position to begin. That makes sense hope so -- making sense to me but I just said that you would forgive me it's the drugs that -- settling in here -- But I don't know that. Breaking it down and talking about the of them but matchup Michael Strahan on Matt light I just don't know if that's really going to have anything to. That's why I think that you know we're going to city and we're going to talk about the game we're going to talk about whose golden errors don't mind. Where this put the patriots in the overall pantheon of great teams not just in the NFL on talk about it all sports. All sports and workers in this week talking about that in the next week when the guys get to Arizona and -- you listen POW and Ian eagle log on to get patriots today in -- related fix it -- all things patriots from Arizona. I will there be any real Xs and knows the answer that is no of their won't but he. And there won't be because nobody errors -- Nobody wants to know we've Marty done it it was a short time ago and it's already dominates."
[17:13]" Over we know what to expect it's going to be a matter of execution. I'm going to -- trouble -- right here right now saving all four. It's all going to come down to a matter of execution you have the -- match up. You have largely the same personnel going against the same personnel. As we saw a month ago. So that's going to take a lot of his build up it's going to take a lot of the mystique. Away from this game. My guess is it by the time we get to the kick -- third by the time we get there. We're going to be a -- local ready for. We're given credit for by this weekend and we're still going to have another week ago. So if you really think that the two week stretch between the championship the the coverage averages in the Super Bowl as long you ain't seen nothing yet. Does this two week stretch is going to be as long a two week stretch if you probably ever experienced in your sports life. That's just the way it is."
[18:21]" And I don't mean. -- to depress you you know it's just it's a factor one thing that we don't do -- punches. We give your thoughts as we see them give your opinions as we understand that back to be in the give your best guess an aerial and that's what I'm doing here. Not a whole lot of game -- and the patriots already know how to beat the giants conversely the giants already know. What it would take to beat the patriots executing that game plan is a different story."
[18:51]" And even if they execute the game plan you're still going to have to get some help. That's because the patriots have a definitive advantage over everybody played this year in a physical match they are superior. Talent wise that's not denigrating the giants."
[19:08]" It -- the patriots offense makes everything else pale by comparison. They had. -- had a mediocre to lousy day on Sunday. Only put up 21 points on the board Bill Belichick added after the game is always left some points on the field that. And they still won the game by nine. They still -- headed really in the fourth quarter much because the -- came up big with the red zone play and holding the chargers to four field goals."
[19:38]" Meanwhile an an and I think Tedy Bruschi said it best after the games like it or can't depend on Tom Brady in the -- to roll 400 yards every game and he's right. So if you look at it a total team patriots fan you should be thrilled with the way the deepest plight to that mentally yet. Would you like this season things shored up a little bit or we all would happen if those who follow the program. Tuesday -- normally nitpick Tuesday we -- and -- around here we we try to come up with things that could be better could be improved could be worked Don. Before the next game."
[20:16]" And so in the spirit of nit pick Tuesday got a hard to pick minutes with a team -- eighteen and don't isn't it. That we had that last week week before the week before that and the week before that it was probably few weeks before that as well but this -- of -- Tuesday. If you could change one thing about this thing. If you can improve what aspect of this team."
[20:42]" If you could. Say or do one thing that would improve the patriots chances of winning. The Super Bowl one thing what would have been. Web radio -- patriots dot com is the email address web radio at patriots dot com that's the email address that how. We want you to get in touch with a shuttle program today if you like you can certainly -- a phone call it's 5 wait 5437482. In the telephone number is area code Bible wait 5437482. But web radio -- patriots dot com email address and that value reaches in and what you consider the question for a moment at least. And think about if you could. If you could. Change one thing about the team in the in the like a hit in the spirit of -- Tuesday. If you could change one thing about this team to increase the team's chances of winning. And realizing perfection and etching their name in the record book for ever more. -- it."
[21:53]" On the -- to give them down and bought myself. He's not going to come out of the question -- like let's get an idea that and bought some hope he'll give us thought as well no new converse would be again this is our. Our final week of the program here will take it all that the the of patriots today at patriots. Football weekly guys take it in the Glendale, Arizona starting next next Tuesday of course patriots Monday program and -- money will originate from a Arizona as well. Leading up to game time between the pats in the giant. In Super Bowl 42 so we have today we have tomorrow and we have Thursday's program this week you're inside patriots playbook two. You know kind of look back and look ahead at the same time. So I'd love to hear from him if you are a first time listener. Great to have you -- us. Whether you're a giants fan or fan from another team were glad that you samples were glad that you're here what your -- Want your feedback watcher common criticisms suggestions whatever it may be watching -- just take a couple of minutes of fire up the email. Let me know where you're writing from that's all I needed just let me know where you're writing from that we've been so fortunate this program like PFW and progress to hear from so many all over the globe all over the world. Europe Asia Africa South America certainly all point in between in North America it it's it's been wonderful it's been a great thing two actually connect with so many patriots fans. Excellent football fans all over the planet it's just it's -- but the short -- again as I mentioned earlier. Fact is is that in the last month and you'll see this printed in Europe patriots football weekly magazine if you subscribe to it when you get into the mail this week. There are over two million hits on the web -- alone this last month two million. -- patriots dot -- So people were coming here people are clicking on people would get here people are are interested and obviously why wouldn't they be. Because they want to do whatever they can't keep up with a get a small piece of history."
[23:59]" And this is exactly what. Patriots are about that I mentioned also just a couple of moments imagine briefly. That if the patriots are able to complete this voyage to perfection. And they Dougal nineteen and -- we actually to realize. The patriots have to go down in my book as maybe these single greatest sports team of all time. Why it and in no matter the sport. Why wouldn't they be."
[24:33]" I mean when you consider. The day and age in which we live the environment in which environment in which the patriots have to operate on the field and off the field."
[24:44]" When you consider how tough it is because of the sport like so many more games in the patriot and in than than they do in the NFL. Why wouldn't the patriots -- one of the greatest sports teams having one of the greatest sports season. Oh all time if they're able to completeness."
[25:05]" A -- pretty gimme some are your thoughts on that as well. Did you come up with a another."
[25:11]" Similar season. -- similar team. To the patriots in what the patriots have done this here in in your annals in your estimation. As there have been another team that stood out. Football basketball baseball what have you doesn't matter hockey I don't care what Williams of the that you know certain within our. Relatively close by memory banks. Was on the maybe that you -- that you knew about I'd be interested to know. I'd be interested though because at the patriots will have to go down as one of the greatest teams of all time certainly having one of the greatest seasons of all time. In the history of all sports forget. Collegiate amateur professional whatever. I'm talking all sports for all all in there and with a major to doing this year what they could end up with this year. Could end up being the best that they were ever will be. And could be the best that will never see again ever. That may be what we -- all experiencing right now that's how that's and you know that's overall experiencing right now. -- what that's going to where I'm coming from today. Also Christina and -- joining us from papers today in the second -- of the program we will also have some low post game sound off from the locker room and from Leo podium. All in the aftermath of the win over the chargers in the AFC championship on Sunday that will also get to. A couple of choice -- for you -- she might have missed it some good stuff to kind of get you warmed up and ready to go and already looking forward to the kickoff of Super Bowl 42 what is it 6:18 eastern time. -- third. Chock a block away we'll get some of that coming up next and at the play."
[27:03]" Linemen 900 won't -- off tomorrow vegetation Gillette stadium that you ordeal. All right -- tackle that appetite -- patriots gridiron Grilli and try to act. Welcome frame of patriots brought in a wide variety of flavors."
[27:24]" There -- up the grill we value drillers are all you need for the perfect beautiful barbecue check out all the patriots gridiron."
[27:34]" The jets patriots. In home. Patriots gridiron drillers. -- brothers are very far Johnson's dolphins. -- when you just can't wait for a minute."

[31:24]" Patriots -- Had some right and AFC championship. And look forward to Super Bowl 42 against those New York Giants. Coming up little less than two weeks I'm John -- here inside the playbook begin with the on to lose today. Email address web radio patriots dot com again Kristina Akra Brian Lowe from patriots today will be joining us in the second -- program -- Post game -- that will get -- was well in the program but I've got some emails -- want to share with you there have been. Coming in over the course the last couple of days -- got a great will hear from Sawyer in Waterloo I -- has what do the patriots holding their press conference to announce the bill is coaching again next year. Those going to make me laugh and call the same time again. Again my outline. -- advocate -- there. What happened here fight off the flu but last week while you you're the thome probably. You don't actually you know what. It's like -- even when -- last week one day last week yes Tuesday and noticed that I started feeling bad about Thursday that's about right but 24 hours so we -- patient are about right. -- our daughter from new. He -- with guys like oh well and Horry who so it works its way it works but I take. Recovery -- this week it was miserable who may have. You know I thought that was really funny that the the -- told the press conference to announce that Tony Dungy was -- because of all the conjecture back and forth -- with a he would return that the one thing that strikes me about betting in this is my personal opinion here on them having to to share with you but frankly and -- like rule why why they do that. We shouldn't have been assumed that he was coming back. I realize that you know he's a family first kind of guy but I think we'll realize it takes a different individual to coach in the NFL. I can take a different individual to be a professional sports -- to be involved with sports period."
[33:36]" Anybody that tells you that family is first I think that's a nice gesture that's wrong it's wrong. Now for someone -- in this business it's wrong. It helps to have your -- family certainly supportive of what you do but when it's in season if they would come after. Not a life or death matter will obviously I think we'll realize that it is what it is you -- and he take care what do you have to Caro but when it comes down to do your job. Please now does Tony Dungy have more money than he really means probably could you walk away probably. But he's not there and that tells me that he still has a burning desire to compete which most people who compete at this level must half. I mean you don't come into the think they can. I've given a shot putt. Don't do that -- pitcher can get -- that happens you can't do that. You have to come in. With the mindset that you're going to win the Cuba to compete hard. But you're not going to let anything get in the white because -- let him get in the way you're going to fight he'll. So my guess is that Tony's decided you know what is -- my family backs me on this. I will come back and I will give me another shot because I think we have with a healthy Marvin Harrison next year I think -- be right back where we were Leicester give the patriots -- run for the money. That's my guess one shot. Now whether if the colts win or lose next year that I that you shouldn't go to most more than likely he will temple."
[35:05]" I just what that was kind of agreed that he milk as. About -- kind of an ailment that but when is Bill Belichick going to do that well you know what patriots will do that. Would Bill Belichick started doing what he's doing right now bills to two worried not only about not only playing this game. Unfair -- thirties too worried about creating a legacy for not only himself but. For the patriots. In the -- pantheon of the NFL."
[35:34]" Part of -- to a -- in the nobody's ever done before right. And nobody may ever do again who wouldn't want to stick around of that who would want to try to build on that -- I mean you can certainly make an argument that there's no other place to go but down. After this. That the challenge. Of staying at this level will be impossible to live up to this is what the patriots have now created for themselves folks. This is what they've created for themselves they've created an impossible legacy to live up to. Are you okay without."
[36:08]" I mean next year. And were right back here and we're talking in patriots playbook and we're doing things and we and we're breaking down the game you know -- the Buffalo Bills."
[36:19]" And the patriots ungodly lose it they did it. The earth opens -- a wallop the ball and they lose a freaking football game next year. And many people complain because all got the patriots are terrible like beat the stink and bail. Do you see now what kind of a legacy your building -- a lot to -- you you can't live up to you you can't. If if if it's crazy it's crazy what is. But the the environment what's -- created for themselves now. Is that -- will fall -- everything that they do unless of course they go undefeated again which may be the most stupid thing anybody's ever thought. But I you know they ripped off five or six general to start next year here it'll start again absolutely. Probably start before that."
[37:07]" were all stupid. Tom since this egos of all kudos to Philip Rivers he showed up -- could be put a very good game. My question is about moss headed noticed around any of the players during the celebration -- team on the field -- in the locker room or tree was around. Due to the situation that happened earlier in the week. Also just finished reading the -- opened the mention the Brady was in a walking but I assume that the injury would have to be a breaker fracture. I doubt he'd be -- booed over sprain or civil Bruce -- not necessarily takes. Known I don't know -- My guess is spring. -- If it is a fracture something -- obviously eventually that would -- revealed but. Yeah that would certainly be significant but and this is just precautionary thing I would guess. But the doing for him. -- you know like tweaks his ankle stepping out of his car on -- it was he Giselle. -- you guys and includes all the time after the head spree. I -- college basketball all the time. So just the fact that he's going to -- does not mean it's a breaker fracture. Or is moss you know the maybe some truth that maybe he wanted to lay low maybe he thought it was appropriate that he laid low frankly. I don't blame differently -- well. Actually if he is indeed a victim in this particular instance of that of that extortion plot as was alleged throughout -- last week. So maybe he just thought it was kind of like the look the other guys go besides easier for one reason or regional and that's to win the big one that's coming up a couple of weeks. And you're right about Philip Rivers the fact -- that he apparently did have arthroscopic surgery last Monday. And then lined up and played on Saturday or on Sunday I think is extraordinary. In a climate charters fan that's all I'm talking about right now as the toughness and the -- in the grit in the desire that I cornerback judge showed. Gotta tell you that impresses the hell out of me. Although disappointed and a guy like guilty to be honest with the although Thomas with a with a sprained medial collateral he's right you don't have any burst as a running back he does adult. Been around the game long enough to know that sometimes sprain of -- Our worst in torn once because you can go and -- in fix it torn want to be good -- new. Potentially in anywhere from Fordham it to eight or nine months depending on the severity of the clear. A spray one you gotta give at least 46 weeks. To heal in the beginning it may not even be held healed by them. And be tweaked it again you can knock is still backing of the 46 weeks is -- you really have split off it completely. For a month to two months before you can be assured that you know it's going to be. There's nothing to go in fix. It's rest. That's the that's the difficult part with a with a brain. So another lot of people that -- chargers wise are in in Ladainian Tomlinson but you know doesn't surprise me he got hit on in the second carry the ball game. It appears five yards never came back because he got -- get first hear the ball game he cared little more time after that got stopped and that was that he was done. So I am definitely impressed with Philip Rivers and frankly I didn't think he had that kind of toughness in him I guess apparently he does Collins says. What -- game kinda heavy sweating it after Brady threw his third ninety what about Kevin Faulk is the most important part of this offense it has been since he was drafted. In my opinion I have to say that he is one of the most underrated running backs in the game we might not be flashy with the numbers. But his ability in the clutch is uncanny I think the Super Bowl will like will be like that -- when we play the panthers -- remain close. Manny and his giants have played them like this played like them this was he's but it will in the same -- 3229 patriot. Okay Jeff. Sister questions I have in the Brady took photos but I don't think it's that big deal -- you he was obviously all the of each every game but I don't think you'll be any worse than that in the Super Bowl with two weeks off to use for treated. But Jeff I actually agree I don't think you'll be were -- for the where. He'll get treatment for two weeks I don't think -- practiced this week so don't be shocked when you don't see about the practicing you get report that Brady was not practice on Thursday or Friday."
[41:28]" The world's going to do it and it's not going to just you get it here -- okay. You're going to hear that ESP it'll talk about it in your -- local places wherever you live they're going to talk about it what you got that he knuckled down here okay. That's what you come here. Fact is he won't practice this week. Now that has not come officially from the team or anything else but just don't be surprised if he doesn't practice I'm sure they're going to take all precautions at the -- I mean. Tells me that what -- you. Not the way this team operates knowing how they play things close to the best injury wise. That they don't want to mess with the franchise law."
[42:16]" Who is not rocket science. He is -- on -- you can download video of the AFC -- would you be in the -- highlight. But the chargers highlights the audio coach from the San Diego radio broadcast over patriots -- the -- for the patriot pretty broadcast. This becomes unintentionally hilarious because all the patriot for your team is called professional throughout. San Diego play by play guys sounds like he's having a heart attack it would and the chargers get a first down. Little on a field -- Locally the bears radio play by play guy is also an excitable boy who raises his voice the retirement gonna -- your game. Which do you prefer professional broadcaster ones -- like you most spastic fans shot out of a cannon. Well did you give them part of thank you being game. Play by play guy myself. I would tend to think that you need somebody who has you know relatively calm professional demeanor throughout. Every five yard carry is worthy of going spastic as you as you put it. But there's also I think. A certain degree of energy that you have to have throughout. I think you do need to raise and lower your voice as -- the the the game ebbs and flows of the gets appropriate without. Having heard the San Diego radio broadcasts will be hard for me to comment directly on it I'll take your word for it. But I certainly have listened to it appreciated for a number of years Gil and Gino in the patriot broadcast and a on think they do as well as anybody so hard for -- really compare to the test because I think everything till my compares it comes to those two guys. All right Alex from Munich Germany welcome -- he says are what do you think that if but defense in this game. I think they're really stepped up without them scored that a lot closer even another team would travel to Arizona maybe if Brady's role of Super Bowl in danger no no no no. Yes that stepped up there's no doubt about that the red zone without them. The peninsula and they held before bugle to keep the team out of the end zone in a championship game you're going to win. You're gonna --"
[44:21]" They left little doubt about that -- never really felt. Like the game was in trouble even the patriots were you know you have for them sputtering on offense. Isn't that going to commit to Boston with my dad during the -- you know any event where we can watch the game -- pats fans don't promise that a -- 21 yet well. Alex I would say that."
[44:44]" Well it probably go to just about any bar restaurant in the Greater Boston area when you come this way with -- dead. And you'll he pats fans in attendance no matter where you go depends on where boss you're going through what think you can probably find several on the Internet like Portugal if you if you need to put. I I kind of feel like you won't have much trouble fun spot to watch the game patriots fans so law I hope we do get a chance to come on over to be part of book. Everything that goes on during the day. TG Atlanta giant says it's already darted in from Brady put the giants fans calling Warren signs the new LTV two weeks of complete and utter bull bleep. Is it just me or is the Super Bowl becoming more and more ridiculous I hate that two week one week is enough despite all of that thanks for bringing back the blog -- POW -- Well the only I want to know is how the -- the -- is going to be the -- in this will not be easy gang Vegas is wrong in making that number it's way too high there is no fear down here the -- and beat the patriots will surely and -- anybody can beat anybody. No doubt in my mind that have been able to do the patriots this year because the pages to boost fact they've got answers. They've got more answers -- the giant. That's why the game will be different I agree we did that the number is high. I agree with that the number was -- to begin with that's why you're pretty seeing a shrink down to twelve and don't be surprised to get down -- single digit. Don't be surprised at all or shock me you know and if the giants by some chance are able to replicate what they did the end of December giant stadium and the patriots were say two all I don't know turn the ball over. -- the three Brady interceptions his last week then yeah sure absolutely the giants and when the game I'm just thinking that you know. They're not because we all know after Brady is up our game what do you normally do the next game."
[46:40]" He rule worse back."
[46:42]" Kate Davis has okay moss has had two bad games we want and nobody will personally and had two bad games and David. You have to give credit to the defects -- took him out beavers pick their poison that Randy Moss is not going to beat."
[46:58]" That's what happened. Anymore to beat him but Randy is at the equally is almost as good as Randy in single coverage because it allows. The guys to be open that's how. You know Benjamin Watson got his touchdown catches in the al Jabar Gaffney got his last week and how Wes Welker got his last week means because. You know you're paying attention of one guy other guys are going to be open or at least in single coverage goes I was doing their job running their routes they're going to be opened."
[47:27]" Boston have bad games give the other -- all the credit. On what he will -- get a little one here. Patrick and Ontario first of all winds -- have a the pats are headed Arizona but I was I was watching the AFC championship I was frustrated. But the absence of shot taken down field of the first three quarters -- most -- watching. In your opinion was this a product of the offensive game plan did sandy would take away the deep threat to coverage and pass rush was -- like the wind Brady's health. The win was partly it because it was a little blustery day out there on the field. Balls and that's partly at one number two the chargers did do based on what I. Observe the chargers did do a lot of what other teams have done in the last month. They played a lot of two deep zone little cover two would have been able to -- A double cover -- Randy Moss is certain situations deep and allowing the guys underneath to be open."
[48:22]" And so that gave the patriots the opportunity to hit San Diego underneath. They were trying to -- the middle the field wide open because on occasion they were trying to rush Brady which they got him a couple of times. And then other publications I want to guys like Shawne Merriman drop back into coverage and still we couldn't keep up with the patriots -- A lot of times when he would run jump back and coverage that's when Laurence Maroney would run the ball that's what Lawrence had some of the success that he had running the ball against San Diego. Patriots aren't off -- were able to read it properly. What the defense was giving them."
[49:00]" So that kind of were looked at that on Patrick probably combination of both but that's a little bit of it. Henry says -- watch -- your game again and have been listed all the press cover is on iTunes Kevin Faulk was actually huge. But I didn't surprise me one bit I mean over the last eight years how many times we've seen that -- make a tough catch for crucial first down. Or pull off a huge screen play on second and eighteen or make that one little cut that is the difference between being stopped after five yards and getting eleventh we needed him. I couldn't -- a better -- right. I think back on so many big moments and nobody -- games in their -- in the day. He's not the thousand yard -- the twenty carry per game go are the goal line guy the highlight real -- he just Kevin Faulk and Faulk. He is absolutely money. So -- ago I I could not agree more in. Indian Vermont. Jon well I guess I was wrong back in weeks haven't saying it was not a Super Bowl preview I did not see the giants doing what they've done but after the buccaneers game I told everyone I know. It show me some moxie I had never seen in them. Then beating Dallas in Dallas really commiserate they had a shot to get to Arizona for a rematch and I'll -- will be thought he might -- chance again. You know I out I think it's actually interesting point any I'm sure there you more than a few tickets that are not surprised. The judge giving -- the giants I think everybody was impressed as I wasn't -- several times here everybody was impressed as I was that. The giants did play with everybody healthy came out with full barrels blazing."
[50:39]" Played all their guns right came out didn't didn't arrest anybody they played to win the game. Which she I thought was of -- brave thing a risky thing but it was a gutsy thing and it ended up paying off great dividends for them because it gave them it -- to think it will if we can play this way against the patriots. We couldn't sweep the NFC. With a -- I swept -- Beat him the lead Dallas that the Green Bay all three on the road. And now the giants have an NFL record ten game road winning streak like that who's in here nobody else has done that and a single seat it's remarkable about the little slice of immortality the -- and so. Let's hope that that much is that yet."
[51:29]" Pratt says John it sure feels good to be back to the Super Bowl level after the pats had a two season drop off. I've marveled every week -- what this team. As accomplished and continues its tremendous winning streak. Yet what the journey that involves another great game from the pass for sixty minutes as I know they always emphasized. -- as for what I six 41 I expect that would improve what aspect that improved I'd have to say the patriots secondary. I'm sure many people agree with me because in the post season alone David were -- Philip Rivers have both had good -- games against -- secondary. Both on the and Ellis Hobbs who look average you know like the -- effort on his interception over Chris chambers on Sunday and agree with that -- I would like them rise to the occasion a Super Bowl and against playmakers like -- and -- do you agree proud of course in germantown Maryland yes. -- that would be my major -- I would agree with that. -- but I would also tell you that if you watch the game is I do and in those -- you horror. Maybe a little bit more. -- can say this without being offensive learned in the game I mean you know if you play the sport that he probably a little bit more than others -- there and I'm not denigrating anybody here just this is. This is what this is the deal was what we try to give you some of the expertise here. Bomb patriots defensively. We're trying to stop the wrong guy they they did not want LT and or Michael turner to beat him. Same thing the week prior to that same thing the week prior to that. They did not want big running backs physical running backs strong offensive lines to control the tempo to control the clock control the game. So they were willing to give up. Some of the secondary to make sure that nobody busted anything on the ground game so that's why over the last three games as we go back out of the giants game of the of the regular season. That's what -- in the patriots secondary look soft this is what the patriots have game plans for. They're willing to give 1517 yards that it -- as long as they make sure. That nobody -- the monogram. And and that that that's related now could we have had a little bit better individual effort short couple plays -- where I think the defensive backs did get beat him. You know that year you played with fire anyway you look at it but this is all of this is all -- okay this is all designed it was supposed to be this way. And I don't think I would be surprised if the patriots. Would play defense against the giants largely the same way that we saw against them at the end of December now. I mean the giants are going to score. That -- the giants are going to have some -- I tell you what what what worries me the most is is Plaxico Burress. I think he has come into his own as one of the preeminent. Wide receivers and they -- realize he's always had talent -- I think now but he almost had a 200 yard restrict reception game. In below freezing below zero weather gives greenback. Think about that percent. Musicality is is match. Will create a tremendous -- match no matter who he goes up against the patriots -- That's the one guy I think the patriots great if you talk about people game play with a pages are going to take Randy Moss out as the one -- the giants had that to have. That you think you might want to take out. Although overall I think my at least initial inclination is an inning and again ask me get a week but. I think the patriots will probably do the same thing. That they did back in the in December. I think they won't try to make sure that they take the running game away because you have you know Bradshaw as as well as though you know the big fell back there and so I think they'll try to make a guy like Manning beat him. Which means that you know it'll be up to -- I think -- perhaps do that but. The secondary is certainly on the that I would like to see improved upon. Over the course of the the next couple weeks and and believe me I I I can almost guarantee that -- on the that would -- depth look at the patriots. I will continue with more of emails web radio at patriots dot com as the email address. Nit bid Tuesday here inside patriots playbook if there is one aspect of this football team that if you could change it to better the team's chances. Of winning the Super Bowl what would it be. [1:02:12]" I think."
[1:02:13]" You know and yeah I think he killed you know 3 frozen so it is heavy could pass flew on me and the that is on the glass there and -- knew that we were at your job don't know I'm not I'm Dante does -- I'm -- it sounds awful. But I'm I'm definitely on the -- You know of 48 hours ago he's you know he must forget it big -- hole in the ground and local -- it and that was -- better shape that Tom Coughlin. You looked awful at the game didn't -- did he didn't leave that need to get -- would you give medical that you really get frostbite honest I think that. I was in pain watching -- and it -- crystal -- I agree that. Well frostbite I was looking for that read them to turn black like you steal the mountain climbers of the go over Everett. So awful why why your trainer did you poems I'd. Look you're you're you're you're not going to make it through the game let's wait it's a natural topic is a good idea. -- my car after the game I felt like I was getting frostbite for five minutes of seven minutes -- man you know there was thirty degrees warmer here as well you know it -- look."
[1:03:18]" Though he had protective Sheen of some of them coating of something on his face and made that made it look work. That it was but I know that's what a lot of time mountain climbers do use the but some sort of a lubricant on the faced so minimize the effects of frostbite but he -- frost bitten but you know he wasn't the only pain and anyway his team won the game came. I mean you know why would he feel pain there's no way. The -- in their thinking at at that point time him but still lost at. I think everything period on it then the other is no doubt about that now I I think before we we move on we're here with you know some other emails such that we should also reiterate what you guys -- going to be doing next week. On the hero patriots dot com got to get really cool that though all the different aspects. -- programming are all going to come together and I made already a couple of well mentions in the open era the program today that we had over two million hits on the website last long. Which is a that was really need to people be read about that in the P of -- this week but fact is that the attention. But he's been given -- website is unprecedented. So you guys are going to follow up with a president coverage which is really cool with -- answer in the Dallas called doing your job right. I'm the -- Drama Sunday prior to game -- which of course is next Sunday you guys will start with talk on the team videopodcast. On throughout the day leading up book too of course to rule called patriots now. So who came up with the idea patriots now maybe give -- a little bit of a glimpse as to what's the -- will be in each of those super podcast."
[1:04:47]" Where a team we came up with that collecting that one higher in certain that that yeah I agree that the short answer for I don't know who actually came up with that -- okay -- okay like you know like that like I I think the the goal is you don't it to sort of bomb. You don't eat there every step of the way were the patriots -- and an almost immediate access on you know the patriot now -- will be sort of not -- hit but you know following every Atlantic -- every -- everywhere where the team is wherever the event -- during that whole. For instance just get let me give you for instance for him you know -- day which yeah just a huge three ring circus -- nobody knows if you've ever seen it. Where have you ever been to the Super Bowl this is a huge part of the week leading up to -- of -- immediate area media day at the bowl you know people ask you if you were a tree what kind of retreat would you I don't you know it's like as I was explain why I've been to a couple price couples have -- That's -- I'm on the expert here I'm really not but in explain like ticker and few other people -- little league totally. Clowns come to cover the deck and then not let that you know we make fun of different that -- literally like the Nickelodeon -- I got on it it basically I remember one year because my -- used to watch this all the time. I was maple point that's what the little sleep yeah. I can't blame horrible thing yeah Portland but I think we're activity you don't know let's pick up big. I'm but like you measure it it's it's kind of I circuit that they were the winner. Ago because a lot of players actually where their their actual like uniform kind of free for all but wait it out behind the scenes. All of that day you can see the patriots get ready for that and and you know each Danny there's there's media access to the players every day and we're going to be covering all that -- a lot of exclusive behind the scenes. You know as the patriots are are are not just the patriots and giants also the the overall that the -- that -- going on all week there you know FL period even the patriots don't they have a welcome -- party so my guess is that is that you might virtually be able to take people."
[1:06:59]" To the Super Bowl even though they can't go that's the whole idea Akron the idea to make and everywhere. You know feel like they are right there every step of the way we did team you know whether they're getting ready in the the locker room -- out either come out a little bit and here's what they're going to dude you give them that by at -- the everything that goes onto a weeklong that basically now there's a lot going on don't."
[1:07:21]" The -- includes from the you know social activity I sure hope so it. How are they a little bit of that social abilities it. I as a team comes on Sunday and they were going to be there on the ground you know command and team buses roll it. After the team bus rolling a few players coach Belichick immediately rolling to an auditorium for press conference so. -- will be there at the way it's going to be you know it a new and unique experience for duke as it is for a lot of the players and down you know some people been there. In the past you know or expanding with on the pass to and in the what I'd as a whole mean you know is our our show and and -- patriot now you know or we're going to have daily -- going to have your your regular patriots today show -- that the rest of the day right champion of the day that but the patriots now will be things that happen as they have all. Course at the day whenever whenever this thing going on and a very cool. Hewitt and well shortly after explain historical articles about it. And patriot not play today. While obviously two million people thinks that's right so that's trying to we're trying to taste humor you. Yeah trying to get me. That's that's extraordinary I think you know -- said that I mean that you know right up there with the is -- almost you know it's pretty pretty extraordinary. Are so that's all in all gonna start next Sunday would you guys actually -- We're -- era Saturday to be we're going to be there on the ground ready to go when guys Odom the lakers' telecheck Brady either a crew. -- you know and tons and that's coming in you guys are going to beat them there right now we're going to beat -- it's all about who gets their first. Yeah believes -- I think really don't know if -- can I thought yeah I hope this cycle front comes back you know middle next week. -- beat Arizona and Aaron and anything yet you know what you're in Arizona Albion healthy and in the end all of Notre Dame accidentally Damon about that. I'll I don't plan are that it is going to -- no known all know Bob I'm actually a promise of available for the had -- good a good a if you order originally available -- Q I have a little."
[1:09:21]" It's -- rule even -- the patriots a promise of available right sure let's camera would back a little bit then at the game went on to because. Obviously it was a champ Richard game. It sounds a little strange day -- was the AFC championship and you're going to the Super Bowl and yet treat the game almost as a an afterthought because in effect. It is an afterthought I think it's an after thought for a couple of reasons number one. In the overall pantheon of what eighteen and hopefully nineteen and -- will end up being mean. I opened -- the program today by saying that with the patriots are getting ready to do we talk about week reacting Bryant. Well overall this season -- dollars with negativity that topic and yet it's here. It's -- when you actually try to put some sort of context and that we're going through something now. That will probably. Never happen again in our lifetime. One no one thought would happen want. No and I don't have one and I I remember this I mean at this point. I remember the 72 dolphins I was a teenager you know during that and -- watching it because I'm like. One -- what could feed -- defeat you know and that was the only reason why I wasn't a Dolphin's fan of the cowboys back in the dolphins though. And they can hope hope they were if you want to feel I am watching. And so that's why I think I've seen a couple -- that -- patriots and giants it's a regional suitable Milwaukee doubling what have you been on. This will be an all time numbers game of -- not I'll be shocked because of the fact the patriots have a chance to do something that is never. Being in the done in professional or any kind of sport. You were undefeated seasons you'll team in the college ranks not even more college football Christine you came from the SEC you came from Florida how does go twelve and I'll. Is that and you can't you can't do all the talent out there and so now all. You talk about what the patriots have done they've gone Eckstein you know the Phillies and that they have a chance to win three football games and Kubel. I just don't mean -- whatever happens again and we talked about you know is a regional game -- New York not believe anyone. It's ratings they've had during the patriots game yet patriots call patriots Dallas in the portrait games -- devastating. Because of that very fact because people were interested in the papers the who love them. Or they hate them and Bobby certainly willing to wager that there are more haters that lovers out there right now but that's okay because the interest is that want. -- to the casual fan is going to be pulled and I would argue. Because of the whole undefeated thing right now -- of anybody as a fan of this or you would hope would just watch it because of history being."
[1:11:59]" If your fans support and if -- if your fans sports you want to see if the can be done any you're a fear of sports but you really are bothered by the patriots and what they've -- you want to see if if this -- game can can knock them off and I think the patriots you -- he's right he's fifteen to one and got the point. They're still pretty compelling element of the game. On either I you gut you like meaning he -- what is brother did last year the Buick five years quicker odd you know. Telecheck against the giants junior say out going nineteen he's very teams' seasons and now have a chance on you know. Tom Brady he gets his fourth Super Bowl ring is that -- that you -- does that fault them. Immediately without question to the top of the list of all time great quarterbacks is a lot of compelling story lines but -- undefeated thing. On it it's too hard to do things have to work out too perfectly that your opportunities that. Really happened you've got a ticket agent one of those. I remember where I was absolutely when the patriots finished off undefeated season it's one of votes. It's going to come no one knows what four or I was there -- the patriots absolutely in the close -- and whatever --"
[1:13:02]" Everything else I am because of that factor guys. That's why I think the AFC championship in -- of it helped the game is an amp. I mean it was you know. Medio it was like there was like we got to get through this next -- ELI -- had this feeling probable for about halftime on. Honestly and -- also thought that you don't even know San Diego on the kick that field little league fourteen and nine of the you know what. Red zone defense you pretty good today so I think there's there's shot here that they've got a chance to pretty good and a B I'd be surprised I think based on what I'd seen the first couple quarters if any you got millions -- now -- impossible but just the way things are going it looked like they were. Loaded for barrier so to speak and we knew from the first pass of the day. Brady was not happy he just he was with Rickey into the sideline and it -- over his head so I'm I'm thinking well. Geez that's uncharacteristic and so you know you have games like that."
[1:13:55]" I felt like when the patriots that day they. The only time that -- lead was three nothing I felt like during that strictly in the second quarter started third which date you radiate a couple pick. With a killed several blocks the lead I was like art. They're not playing well they're probably better there's a better chance they're going to make adjustments in the game and Diego and yet the thought police. We never lost the lead bird don't even what it would it was fourteen to six. I at halftime was our was for fourteen exit for tonight at halftime and the patriots got the ball as a -- they're going to score here. Nick 219 this will be their private and out clothes the clothes out. Brady throws a pick and the chargers till we get a field goal 1412 like. That the patriots are too much well and yet they still believe. -- cannot relinquish the lead at everything on the line I never got the add that. Debt debt that it was a game that they were that they're going to lose managers they date they have a way of not playing their best game but still maintaining beaten ultimately when it."
[1:14:53]" Speaking of afterthought with the stick this one -- the players look at the whole regular -- you know and really think this is seventeen you know deal. Eighteen out now you know that's not the case."
[1:15:04]" I've never looked like that is to their credit. But now they have to got to look at it like that is this you know winning this game tonight you know as a byproduct of winning this game so is is kind of got to look at that it from the Irish."
[1:15:15]" Similar to while when a after they beat Miami fifty you know they could finally needed I know Tedy Bruschi for one talked about the ticket finally almost. I get off their chest out the shoulders they could finally. Actually used the phrase you know because that was their next point right their goal was to win the next game and acknowledged that would give the -- you know will now. That their next game is the one particular night you know. It felt like a burden off their shoulders they -- finally actually use that phrase you know who trouble making you hit or superbowl. The -- boy it -- and I you know they could even if they wanted to stay undefeated because they're -- now is the -- won it all next week. But that one at all. So if the --"
[1:15:57]" If I mention you guys -- the patriots now have it championships. Which is tied for second most in the NFL cowboys have eight NFC championship but they have six cover -- Richard right now what does that mean. What should it -- well you know and five of them by the way in the Kraft era."
[1:16:14]" Say you know if you if you take it at you know if you don't. Know the history of the organization and you aren't aware of even fully aware of this current era that they were how this is like one of the you know long time traditional model NFL franchises. That's what it was that we what you're first thing but you know obviously it's it. Dominated by the Kraft -- we know what that the depth at this team was that -- you know 152025 years ago in and around that you know around that 86 Super Bowl season. -- but it it it's remarkable that. Five of those -- Kraft era which is also the salary cap era all year butter on the NFL is parity is. Parity you know yeah you Michael fourteen to one year -- you better believe your by going to go to a fourteen executed all the salaries are you going to have to deal with and all that. To do it. In this era I think if you ask a lot of NFL observers that's what's most remarkable is that they've been able to consistently -- a team. That is not just. Division title worthy or even if you -- that Super Bowl champs can do so you know when you to sort of perspective you have to -- that. You have to acknowledge that whereas you know some of these other you know date -- tied with. A -- with Pittsburgh and -- Denver and Pittsburgh are a little more spread out Denver right in the had. A couple and that. Game period time -- a little more spread ours the patriots you know with Ivan what eleven years right that's it that's quite yet. You know quote quite -- there."
[1:17:48]" Via there's no doubt that it kind of at the -- department that that the biggest thing but that's again that's going to get lost in the shuffle of you know getting the Super Bowl and and winning a fourth and seven years if of course that are able to do that by to me that -- and when he also big consideration. All sports because I think if the patriots dribbled wins Super Bowl 42 that I that you have to consider this season. And this team. One of the greatest of all time in any sport. Based on the universe in which they have to compete now and they're able to do it in the form and in the manner in which they did it now I say that because. They have five league champ -- berth since 1984 the second highest total in major American sports. In this -- that is this course of time which you know obviously when you throw the other sports and they you'd think it will a pretty good. But then they can still go a step further by winning this game."
[1:18:40]" On -- yeah. Yet you you know I think he Yankees feel like the Yankees must've side must add that are in it now not what you think. You know what about -- about you know at the Lakers Celtics errors and only the Yankees with six World Series trips since that time it made archived appearance in the patriots. And figures it has to be team from New York -- figures which which of course one of the reasons why I'm glad that it in New York doing -- did this last week. Nobody everybody was born to the Packers you know I was aiming at the back and magazine with -- like Britain for the giants. I want the new York New England thing because I know it works right to follow the heels of yesterday Celtics game as a -- in the line of the great. Boston New York battles I think it's really the great line of Boston walked up on the upon -- the team be John's they play each other time out."
[1:19:32]" In my Vietnam and other non -- anymore but it you know it in touch but undefeated all you'd -- you can obviously. Forget about it sport you know you can't even except cultural ball pretty much what it -- or college basketball post. You can't really go undefeated you put that category all self. On going and -- but yeah it is it -- the only. It's -- to put it in perspective as were going through it and and and and think about cross cross sport comparisons on. Yeah you'd you'd you'd take it how do you compare to 2007 patriots with the hot yeah -- in nineteen what point -- Yankees and all that. -- you do that I mean who you know it starts at its heart compared different terrorism different sports all that but on if they closed one out this will be. Tom you know."
[1:20:23]" that -- added. The records that they -- whether it be individual or team or franchise records. Not like they want went undefeated in an ugly -- 97 game because -- record. By the handful and the every week it you know this franchise record is individual record it you know and some significant record that they don't mean that the patriots media -- all the -- getting over there. Has thicker than normal thicker than normal and that pride because is a full section on 2007 team and league records that they so. 22 all that it once I mean this is this will be if they close out the great you know the great team --"
[1:21:06]" Potentially sport for. It's quite -- I find it very difficult to argue with a premise which is -- broader though because because all adds to that game. It just it just sounds weird bizarre to be able David you know we're experience that it's almost like we're going to what we don't really know that we're going through this. But that this is something that we may not be able to fully appreciate until. 51020 years from now. Mightily Christina her first year to host of program right and to come to work this franchise start off. You know with a team that has a chance to -- nineteen know you realize of course that next year. Everything pale by comparison it."
[1:21:44]" You know I've really nothing compared to I don't know anything you. Florida right that's true but you know as a regular season like and other witnesses great. Talk that you haven't -- on and it came -- when I was like. Was it the other way on what I did you know kind of like an unknown feeling into the day as Alex van and same thing every week which is at it and -- look back on and more of weight routine of what really happened to play."
[1:22:14]" Celebrity consider has it gotten easier. Or has gotten tougher because the pay for you to do your job. To do what you do every day of those that have haven't seen it shame on you okay. Downloaded the podcast it would rulers John -- okay we're well -- I think he'll like hold on. Oh okay. He's going to fall -- and John Hannah Jon -- on the phone talking about the -- is John -- whole flavor. Download the podcast now. They wouldn't do it you have to do what you gotta do and -- yeah."
[1:22:52]" Cameos at their -- that he's in he's been on what is your job easier or tougher as the winningest progress that's really good question. I broke it -- it may. Funny and ethnic fighting which has been an easy thing you know it's always has and -- good and positive to talk about I guess it would have been a lot hotter -- if they did. Is it hot is okay -- you can -- appeared that that spot and let them at it yet and I Adam. I think I think it then it and it made any -- an easy job. And especially the records that you talked about that added to now with this team winning it was looking at the individual players that have done a lot and now. And kind of follow."
[1:23:37]" Yep you know it when you try to keep things. In in a positive thing which obviously we all do because negative sucks and it will realist -- and it is going to want to go away from -- but to camp but. In the interest of trying to balance. Reporting in what you need to talk about what's news and what you know I guess is for lack -- a better phrase. Public relations and there's a difference here and so you're you guys and -- we are here and everything overall kind of in the same role. So every day you find that okay this is the journalist in me this is the PR person and make. How to we make these two worlds. Combine to where we're doing -- audience those who were listening those were taking the time -- down all the -- are ever think how do we best -- the audience. And I think to me I've always it will. Beat that person -- be the person who's going to take the time to listen to this program or to watch your program. And ask yourself okay what do -- want to know grit and if you ask yourself what I want to know any -- honestly that's what you gotta go to right."
[1:24:41]" information that they want to hear it to the fact you I think that's a big thing that we try to do is he's in his -- but the fact that there let people. Does that for the L coming what bigger reminded me we all got him you know we've all got opinions -- will mean that and that's fine with -- the right the wrong it doesn't make any difference that's why we have opinions."
[1:24:58]" I've been talking recently about about what did the guy who started the players started 20032003 draft class. All they know is going deep in the post like that that the the injured have been sent -- if that the class of 2003. Their first two years were Super Bowl victories. Then Oliver. Disappoint you're the second round playoff like what we do now we only won one playoff it's like the -- so what do as you get to -- point with it that the Ohio teams doing so well there there's there's a lot of positive talk what you -- that you know at the search for pods off the it's hard to find the negatives there always will be there's no perfect games out there are but it's it. It easier to talk about a team that do well because when you talk about the negatives it's always like the you know. Predict that the negative but you know let's let's be honest here we got the team could be. You know the dolphins of the year or rams or whatever where it's like who. There's got to be on the positive from the Gannon in there must be the pot but they're for all these positives and down. And it allows you what you find negative that to talk about -- the worry about. We're really trashed and the team by you know but it but all all all all we know all I know I argument is also in 2003 all right always the standards being -- in the post. And on -- he's going to be an excuse recovery team obviously he's you'd be."
[1:26:29]" well when I first came here in 1988. I suffered through one and fifteen year was rod rust as head coach at southern governance team for real right at twenty years at least a close. And certainly remember years before that before I'd moved the northeast -- what the patriots were or were not they were sad sack -- with the exception of you know the 1985 yourself. To that extent having seen in live through and covered this team when they were here. And -- look up there and he where they are now it's just it's remarkable transformation. One that I'm not sure. That -- capable of reaching but they did which is why not a day goes by that I don't shake my head and kind of snicker demise of like -- look at the it'll just look at -- try to enjoy it as a."
[1:27:12]" And is best does it get any appreciate it going you know having been around -- followed recovered team back in those days. It's got pre that was done at that time but I I. I remember then being virtually irrelevant to work as that was -- you believe we both worked with what you're yeah I am I'm slightly -- around. Alive right in 88 yes I and I was -- you -- just come into my own as a as a young sports fans. You don't really -- you know ought to remember. Living and breathing and dying with -- day by day by day but you're I remember them being almost irrelevant and in in which is almost worse in the end -- just pat and Hewitt Aaron how which is -- you know. You know it'd -- beyond. The model franchise model team -- really I've they get I think that's amazed what you need you need to have the perspective those 115 years --"
[1:28:07]" Absolutely -- and hopefully you know and we've had -- emails and bought with a lot of people who have. That kind of -- the history to their following the football team's franchise we've heard from in the program of the POW guys have as well and that's what I love getting those emails people who have been around for. 2030 even forty years plus. Because they can really provide true perspective I think with a team you brought up a great word -- my favorite words on Tuesday. Get picked off. It is get picked Tuesday it -- yet to realize that you know -- taking on a team with eighteen and I was a little stupid but we don't do. Were paid at least it was that's where we are all I asked my mind that the question of the day today the email was if you could change. One aspect -- this football team to help ensure a win is Super Bowl 42 what would be. And so I'll give you a couple of emails -- go to him ultimately tribute to come up with one mitnick. I know it may be hard kind of hard to nitpick I'm perfection I realize what I'm asking here it's difficult to do what you about what John and his email -- hours always from New Hampshire okay as. One he's got three picks he has not but. Captain John. I'm just got a -- I would change the cornerback Ellis Hobbs all the we came up with a pick is still much shorter than -- and Boris. They'll undoubtedly throw at him and roll over his head. Number -- kick or punt returner we needed Jones drew type returner would always get the field position we need -- Maroney Baghdad this week it -- to be that the pats think we need one to. That's actually good point I hadn't thought that. On number three kicking and punting hold on to give the wrong thing to do an outstanding job but probably a little hang time of the ball give her special teams guys just get downfield. The basket -- the ball for great distances but doesn't playing. Or opponents -- decent run -- for too often."
[1:30:06]" Okay in oh oh. I'll repeat this it's just from me -- that says that by the way John yeah you've been great pitchers hasn't started know that I will be subjected to the bleed of PFW and there mouthful of food show for the next couple weeks actually lifter for the last five months ahead to what -- Another two weeks -- that's 41 Jan twenty by the way let's take those because those are actually pretty good the Ellis Hobbs one yeah. I would tend to agree with but I made the point earlier in the program that the reason that we've seen the pass defense I think -- the way it has because despite. Hey they're very concerned against the giants run the in December. Very concerned against the run game that the jaguars had a couple weeks ago in early concerned about it LT and or Michael turner this last week. And what they've done as they've had beat you -- offensively to make sure that they didn't get beat. With those teams strong suits as the one that you wanted to you know take some but like this is what the patriots chose to take why which is why vote. We saw a lot of the softer coverage in the secondary so. I agree about Ellis Hobbs individually as a matchup because. What I -- of the rest. The guy was he put tape on him he was very Randy Moss like if like he used that term. Because he had almost 200 yards and should I thought 200 yards with a reception in sub zero. Temperatures of -- my friends is a superhuman feat."
[1:31:33]" And yet a really productive game. Patriots about it and edit it a lot of it was up -- a lot of that burned. Some of the Ellis Hobbs over the last month he's been -- all fairly defensive about the -- as he's gotten about on them beyond holes in coverage that have been mostly by the -- he's been covering. On that. As accurate as -- talking about -- on the other topic nitpick guys to pick Tuesday. Remember that two minute I what would I start to think of was Hobbs split but. More on not just I don't want to just -- because you know I I I. You don't know exactly what the coverages artery project and -- but. I declined to watch -- game and granted it was a bend but don't break defensive game they gave up the yardage over the middle to open up touchdowns. On that it would start to bother me -- that that the cushion that they're giving chambers and Jackson who I'll tell yet. If that is not the the the number one emerging. Why green keeper tandem as this he's one remember what it was give the patriots trouble right was in my everybody got his first the chargers pregame -- last year the chart the game again chargers in the post season. And Eric got parker was. -- guy who he was there or that -- put the ball in his hands so many times he's fumbling -- all putting it no production from the wide receivers there -- wide receiver production was -- Tom need to wants a wide receiver so the fact that the chargers team now had this. Dynamic duo that really has become drawn. Through the playoffs and it was set up pretty well -- a yeah well but but not to not to we're talking about -- and always chargers preview here but as far as. Go into the game I was like you know that's an area that kind of overlooking is chambers and Jackson you'll move in tandem can get it -- in. They had they had to have about. At about three quarters of of the chargers overall offense that they had a combined for you know roughly that put a lot of it was they were getting open. And that the patriots -- allowing -- to get that was a trade out loud and -- get open off the over the middle bit and and down. I -- allow it and get open and it can come get the ball but. There -- a lot of holes in the passing game that they were taking advantage of the patriots tournament -- better job of tackling this game were not like him -- the reds don't so I think as we go up against the giants team with you know we go Ensberg and tumor. I'd like to life you know -- like yelling and then the covers a little more -- in the course that's one area where you know that might."
[1:34:06]" It also present they change packages open -- frankly in the in the -- give him a little extra tension at times and I think they'll they'll they'll do whatever they can confuse Eli. I really think that they're going to him I think we'll see a lot of areas that we did the and the number think you'll see them try to you know stack up on Jacobs and in the Bradshaw. In the backfield and make sure -- those guys don't beat them but I I think they will there -- to try to beat them again with his arm. And I -- I do think when it comes down to it. That's what they'll choose."
[1:34:34]" And Dallas -- want one thing -- don't check. We're talking yesterday about non it was -- or is it easier to prepare for the game the fact -- attacked a -- going to actually -- going to be easier prepare thought like a divisional game right well it's going to be easier prepare it doesn't give them. And it image because the giants are that the exact same boat. Put the the one thing is. That probably the best. Three game here he would of -- I mean career has been -- three game period since they last faced them so. And I haven't been watching analyzing all three giant games through the post season odd. But I feel like they have to almost it's almost like he might at the start Patrick -- Because what is he did and he hasn't -- what are your good game against them saw -- I think you're right. Including that game and I don't know how much stay you know after that game ended. How much they -- over double that game early but you're right in if you if you do include that -- go to the patriots game right. So we take those four. But especially these last cricket -- know sat -- and one of -- wrote it for 383 road wins against maybe the three best teams in the conference. In -- patriots almost like. What -- on field for the first three years in fifteen games his career. This last -- package might be a completely different and I -- of skill set."
[1:35:54]" Right demeanor he which I think is gonna be interesting want them to -- as far as the kick returner. You know honestly that that's actually another fairly decent you know little. You know nitpick I mean for skaters what Chad Jackson denies case is heard -- but he can until awards aren't. We did he was inactive last week inactive and we we need consistent thread back there I mean Hobbs hasn't been back there because of you know injuries and such and you know they don't want to use Maroney back there is quite frankly you know B Maroney and other places I am a little surprised we haven't seen more Wes Welker. As a kick off returner as opposed to a part return work we've seen him. I think he could -- and I think they could use my reasons why don't want to use Maroney -- there -- I think pop is fully healthy. On -- now -- or Troy brown and -- was -- this last week to -- to me I mean you know obviously you were only able to go with what we have on the roster but I think that could also -- that might -- to -- money could be explosive like that was -- report that -- a couple weeks ago -- on top -- I really -- probably he's back and I houses -- what I heard some rumors about -- idea. I think actually you didn't have the -- couldn't make it -- yeah -- dot but I pods is healthy."
[1:37:15]" Next Sunday. I think Hawkins if your repertory he he's not. Fifth in the in the league in kickoff returns I actually had a 108 yarder this year forgot that I mean you know if if somebody is capable of that how do you run not. If he's healthy how do you not putting back there. I think him I think I think against Jacksonville it was injury related I think this past week it was media out. A combination of maybe he's you know it's been a couple weeks now out my options over used in the kick off return game. I -- not like kick off returns. Firstly we are yours techno and there aren't they were going -- time without. You know the opposing team or touchdowns or a bucket by the because -- you anything other that we haven't discussed. I don't you know -- really and that robbery. And I think he feels that if Matt Cassel is the quarterback odd days of the upgraded more on you and that."
[1:38:19]" There it. What are more touchdowns at least the Indians we. Couple Kelley Washington and and you thought after the game like that may have been one of the best special team play -- not indicate that I have ever seen replay how deserving of it was deserving it -- reply is deserving of the dance on the field. It was worth it."
[1:38:43]" And you know he said after the game I don't hearing I I -- them but I reader what that. I I he handled that not be like you from your pretty well and agreed as well as a lot of good athlete he's been he's been a special teams. And we use that about the canceled but he was like hey you know what that was kind of my -- and -- that was you know -- a product and a touchdown that was like it always agree with but you know acknowledging that it was not you know it was it was -- agree punt. And it took other guys out of bottle that was it wasn't like he was just put the ball and -- right. Wasn't like he was taken full credit for the play -- he was like it or -- he was he was physically in the end zone at the time goes right -- jiggy with and so you know and and I remember as that while Europe as a as easily as the season was going down I didn't -- your your doubles last couple we he's what."
[1:39:35]" Or yeah exactly what did you try to set that record for most different players scored a touchdown and a lot or root for Kelley Washington -- would -- Oakland adult but yeah any any time. That we -- it it is a good glider thing right. Yeah yeah. David -- here we go next week."
[1:40:04]" Thank you very much Tom got a friend of Washington DC says all right John to think starting with the nit pick. Papers Stevens did not give up 35 points -- the giants they gave up 28 the other seven came on a kick return for a touchdown. Beckett return was that a bloody awful penalty on moss Maroney for the in zone celebration that wasn't. So it was a week at a circumstance is two point anyway it's truly a nit pick and small because I certainly don't want to deepens giving up 28 points to anybody. Least -- the comparable moment but I just want to be fairly clear that was 28. Not 35 that are -- was responsible for. The point not a legitimate point. I also and I imagine this be -- W guys that couple -- go -- said you know the only thing I'm really concerned about it has to be really from the giants perspective. As a giant and I'm concerned that my team got the potential double digit lead in the fourth quarter you know. I mean and acted up at home like that's what's going to happen at a neutral site. You know all Super Bowl where the game is going to be like eighty million miles an hour the first quarters cup can be viable for the even know and the patriots have done this year. But the giants haven't been there right all the pressure going to do everything they can possibly -- just kind of hold on for dear life. You know and an eagle over the ride and hope and and that they can hang of the game for a little while. I don't see that's why the patriots really have everything going and then some on their side going into the game because of that fact alone and the experience in the fact that -- talent wise roster wise have been on the roster the patriots have it over everybody else in the NFL. The -- they have -- over the giants this year that went on the road improved that they haven't over the giants this year already this kind of stacked the deck a little bit more so I'm thinking you know. Why are we accidental in this game -- no reason and because we don't really actually -- the second time that we talk about the bills with the jets right dolphins because of Plano we are you know what they're capable of and if the rosters -- the same which they are because the -- play everybody against us right. They went full max they tried to kick -- And they couldn't do it they put a great game in applaud them for player great -- but they did not during the game. What is your thought."
[1:42:13]" Now and and they've been better on the road. The whole thing about them you know -- in the ten point lead at home it might be that they're -- they're better when they're not curled a we're going to go to the girls were waiting room. I thought I. But -- that I'm -- Now they have the last three games on the road in the top department would have come through and -- this is going to be like a road game and it is they're I don't always are noted that split of the standard 5040 whatever but. You wonder if the magnitude of the event you can a lot of the giants players in the first time Super Bowl there's been maybe the magnitude -- the event. Won't be as. Won't be wearing on them as much as it might another -- ball to because in the last three weeks they've been on the road. They've they've dealt with crowds they've dealt with hostile environments not their -- surroundings maybe they're up and through that with this particular team."
[1:43:03]" thing -- and work in their favor because. Did indeed had a good to -- straightened out on the."
[1:43:09]" Maybe that maybe for whatever reason and they took that team when they're not in their own surroundings and maybe they're a little more relaxed when there is in the Ross -- subconsciously I don't know maybe when -- different environment maybe. They thrive on that I you know. But that being -- losing ten point lead and it skate at all is not something you want to have no I don't."
[1:43:30]" I don't know that I would be too anxious to remember you know so you know if you look at it from a giants perspective that's on the they obviously to be concerned about -- You know because the patriots were able to do that to them in what we thought it was a hostile environment now you're -- the patriots. To go into an environment they're going to be all too familiar with in you tell me that might be capable of at least -- let. -- I mean yeah regardless of human like that are I mean with that they ultimate. This is what I play for me you know it's great to have the money we hear guys talk about this every season. Almost every week we hear about it I'm sure in the locker room with it the money is obviously what they do it for the new prolific. But guys play for the -- a plate for the ring the -- for the championship that they played for a chance to be considered him immortal if not for just a year a course this is the ultimate championship. You're gonna talk about it -- now consumable that people will remember for adds -- Because of the nineteen an old and is attached to this particular circumstance. I mean. Why now. I mean if it if I'm in that locker room if I'm play and I mean you know they're nothing. There's nothing that would hold me back there's I mean it was it this is all for broke. You know leaving it all out there if there ever was a chance to leave it all out on the field. You know for particular game this would be the hell I'm ready to play now let's go -- picked me up and get out there I'll get my ass -- by god I'll leave the other thing I ever. Era and get a chance that's exactly are obligated to you don't you don't I think -- talked about that. And a obviously -- talked about that guy is you know you that you don't know in the he came back he came out of his retirement with quotation marks -- Because you just don't know of going to get to the championship complete team that at least gave him. A chance to have it change and now he's getting it changed live that. And so you can't be but just thrilled to death for a guy like that because he's -- to visit to stand up guy and great human being and in all the good stuff that goes wrong with being a great football player in the fact that cast in the paint it in at an hour and a ripe old age of 3730 it was 3830 tonight for thirty and again before the -- just turned thirty guys right on the only got he's getting up there -- era ager and an you know catcher he won't catch -- unfortunately it never had treatment he's getting closer -- on Eaton. Easy as you like to have people like that in all the like the good things happen."
[1:45:56]" And we got a few there's a few others while you know a mile radius around for thirteen years now I am and Bosnia are obvious you know certainly mosque in down and I think our not a lengthy career but you know you got guys have -- guys that you know have been in the playoffs Welker one meaning walker still relatively young and his NFL career bottoming you know guys that don't have the playoff experience -- You know just -- have them especially that come from another team where they've experienced a lot of success while I was in compared have instant NF. Going to be happy -- you -- attributed you know three they had Rodney. It'll or with Dillon right now -- They output of the guys what -- guys who is atypical or the patriots core who had been there what you know one. They welcome -- and they felt great about had giving Rodney the spirit sharing with that serve that you take all those guys from one you know three. They brought Dillon and and it felt great about cabinet experience with that. And now all those guys who were there for a 134. Or just so real for -- say out neighboring mosque neighboring Kyle Brady and Eric day you'll. They they give special by federal personal standpoint but the to share with these guys who they know. Are just put so much into it if one opportunity to it to be able to experience with that that that's something that they talked a lot -- hear about."
[1:47:16]" Here for -- week. -- they get a couple extremists got by the we finished up by saying what I improve about the team the pass rush. It's not bad but we seem to have trouble getting to the quarterback and a consistent basis. I was surprised how little we knocked around Philip Rivers and it -- quarterbacks have too much time back there now maybe that's because we're scheming that way. Prisons and get the -- wanted to stop Ron contain potentially scrambling quarterback and -- but just generally. What is clustering and hitting opposing quarterbacks -- better in your face pressure I would also agree with evident. I think he injured his own question it was part of this -- yet -- they were open to try to do."
[1:47:49]" If they really want if they really want to get after quarterback is actually they really wanted to get after -- brokers who they knew was not -- that he did it could've done it. They just wouldn't believe in -- volatile other other they really want to rush I like guys you know blitzing from the eight you know that they -- got it but they would have been."
[1:48:08]" All quail from College Station, Texas I would -- this I have to look -- I would have to love to have taller. Our corners and also a linebacker whose habit bastard help with pass coverage -- it more now. When I thought I mean this is for April draft for me now we're talking about that is -- right. Number three towards towards next week's game -- like grant team will go -- you probably be quiet you I probably play it both ways right let's see Patrick in great Barrington Massachusetts says he's the first timers thank you pat appreciate that'll be right again. Is it may be nitpicking but just one more inside linebacker they'll give junior a -- a break once in awhile with called and out of would be nice to have one more -- thirty. 250 pound monster in the middle. How remarkable that picked. You know how --"
[1:48:57]" Is it that Tedy Bruschi have combined to play thirty it's remarkable that might be. The most staggering item here or maybe the most improbable if you -- this season. September 8 and knowing that you're going to have to rely on they on Bruschi game in and day out day did you have. If you said that you -- Here's something. What are the chances to -- out and Tedy Bruschi combine to play every game through the playoffs the superbowl they don't game. That would have been something you'd say. Don't -- there injury you know they re injury history. I mean Tedy Bruschi has come back from a stroke. You know it to think that though you guys could go the distance and just go the distance but -- Rosevelt Colvin went out. Pretty much did just about every down play every down player that Anthony. What going to go away."
[1:49:59]" They have some work to do. To do that."
[1:50:03]" If -- it. Absolutely Charles and Atlanta, Georgia. I don't know what to point out today about yesterday's game is on these games he's going to be really don't have anything because they most likely will fix whatever -- be fixed in the probably come -- whole new game plan in the run down their throats all day long game plan like they employed. In the second half on Sunday. Effect I think the last major nick picks -- nitpick. I've been Maroney not running well and we now certainly can't say that anymore. That is really remarkable because they really don't have any glaring flaws. Andy flaws they have more truly -- picks these patriots bring -- whole package so effectively every game."
[1:50:42]" Right and they've corrected anything that's been -- against. -- and -- pick from day one but anything that's been. He it did improve that they've they've pretty much fake against you could use that word that the endemic getting it done so really how can you. You know. I mean --"
[1:50:58]" Right when you have not that hit yeah that's why you have Williams won't quite get it. Oh I play the game. Hard to fix the thing that's not very true. Which it ain't broke don't fix it could stay close your -- you know host of side of dolphins today. And thank you what you would do in the show right now and -- say to come up with something positive he's. -- about something positive right come up with one positive thing and it's that you would have been it. The -- them the only cause it would. And -- coach Bill Parcells ourselves you know if they got a they would have fired their coach GM what -- It I don't body feeling sorry Lendl era here do pretty yet you are going to get an extra correct about the W -- to -- we still that would still remember that fondly. Donna in Portland, Maine is I was very impressed with the pats running game of the second half of the game on Sunday. In the third quarter of running the ball all the way down -- the what two yard line why would the bats continue to run the ball into the end zone instead of throwing for an interception. You know. The ball hurdles to cross my mind -- I mean honestly run the ball all the way for the and then obviously on the call was the action play golf course totally available on the Cromartie picked off an you know."
[1:52:21]" that it was it was one of one of Brady's worst. Throws of that game of his worst gross you know and price post season career -- it was one of those where -- he even acknowledge -- united EM you know he he saw was -- Watson used that yes it is trying to Watson and it was it was just from market and it was another defender who was India was in the area they're so. I mean you don't wait it we go back to well that they've been successful at all year well. You know they're they're goal line passing offense has not been a terrible -- has not has not been that bad -- other I think -- while we have some -- that we -- reason or whatever. I played not necessarily date that play called but as we saw as the game went on the running game."
[1:53:02]" Certainly correct correct all right well let's not overly -- once again was -- that starting next Sunday again. You guys have all the totally patriots coverage patriots today patriots now. -- begin next Sunday right here on the website so things we have that you guys are actually going to supersede the team. Being in Arizona by today right now -- sending us early. Brian Christie and I want you gotta go Saturday well let me just there just either Sunday at all goal I want showed. Movement that's yet. But it's all okay let's turn out but and we got you know we're we've we've got there was all this week as well -- stick give us a bit of an idea what you're going to be talking about this week."
[1:53:44]" We're just going to wrap up the eight each if each of game pretty much and and are looking -- the giant let's -- their Sunday. Most of the -- to be ugly on the patriot every step of every day including shows to wrap up you know the story newsletter might be. Of that day -- can't Candela hunt."
[1:54:01]" Do it the funny games shenanigans navy as you mentioned some of the social activities John. Well let's and most you know what you know you'll see I mean -- only eight. At times I didn't want to see who's being seen with whom can -- that's why I am too. I want to know this info in LA who's taking care of Giselle will Thomas busy I don't know. And that's right. You know I mean targeted -- walking boot I thought Klecko. -- Klecko this will be his first well he -- he wants the Super Bowl he won three balls for four seasons. The will be for -- 51 but he went three for four like he's pretty good there yeah that's right at him and to think about Adam Vinatieri to. I don't per season out of New England -- ones with the Indianapolis now you can -- I don't know if you'll be there as well. I -- colts game. -- be their visit to his brother of excitement fortunately will be there on television mini me at times ran over undoubtedly you imagine what he would be thinking right now. If you did win the superbowl last year I got there before. I would feel bad about it at that would be cool that we graduate cruel and unusual punishment yeah. That you match that little brother get there before you do or an end and a little brother chance to beat the patriots big game before needed. You imagine that would have happened if not. Conceived -- spinning a little part of your afternoon here in. All in the black and will be looking forward all of your contents next week later this week and into next week from Arizona leaderboard.
