Rookie cornerback Terrence Wheatley who had in recent weeks reportedly had surgery on his left wrist that he hurt against the Colts. Was placed on injured reserve and tight end Tyson every. Rookie free agent out of Colorado. Was activated but on the 53 man roster. The team also signed another rookie free agent linebacker Daryl Robertson. Who had played on the in the CF fell for a couple games with I believe the Edmonton Edmonton eskimo eskimos had been with the Cowboys and training camp. And is now on the Patriots practice squad but Paul Perillo I will start with you. Terrence Wheatley injury to the secondary goes on IR. And they call up a tight end why is that there."

I think there's still a chance that he comes back and and they could certainly use the use the depth they had their running rotation working all year they'd just stick a guy and he's. Gained 5060 yards at a clip maybe even -- hundred times so. Be nice to have -- I think I think there's still a chance he does come back especially as we get closer playoffs."

And and starting to participate at least a limited days in practice in around that time bill made the comment they look like he's a quick healer. And in that time it's really gone the other direction so I have to think that there was something that happened. And -- a setback in practice in wrecked he aggravated whatever the injury is it was it -- cast. I don't know that's a euphemism for high ankle sprain or something celts are starting to feel like that yeah arm pulled muscle I don't know what it is but. Right from the time that bill said he looks like he's a quick healer it seems like it's gone in the other direction and now. I I would say he has. No chance to play this week -- and -- how you know you'd be almost into December. Not show what you're going to get out of my -- you know how much do you at this point -- gone along what what Phoenix."

And we just haven't seen him I think we -- but he can help the team certainly if they out of our oh lead in the second half I think he'd be ideal but. Not sure how confident and it will be able to do it now they clearly think he's going to come back to some degree or he'd probably be our eyes are so in Sunday. They must have some hope that he could be an asset down the stretch when maybe you can't. And you you get near the end get rash of injuries that you start to run out of money in terms of a brief filling spots though you know that could be a possibility or it could just legitimately be. They think these guys will be around at some point come December to help them win games and that they want they're valuable enough that want him on the field but. Right now those guys are on the field but the Patriots will be on the field at Dolphins Stadium this Sunday to take on Miami in as I said what even Wes Welker. Sort of alluded to as a must win type games. If they do not win this game they will they -- serious uphill battle in both the division in the conference it's of the post season."
